My Husband and I have been married since September 2007 and are expecting our first baby in November of this year. I am so lucky to have a husband as wonderful as mine. I really enjoy cooking and trying out new receipes. Very rarely do we have the same thing twice and I never follow a receipe to a T. That is why I love this website, I can find a receipe that sounds good and add to it per others recommendations, it is fabulous! I love to cook almost anything but I pride myself in my ability to cook the perfect medium rare steak. We will try anything once. I love to try to cook things that are rediculously simple and easy to do but have amazing flavor. My favorite tradition is helping my Mom the day before Thanksgiving, prepping as many dishes as possible and getting the stuffing together for the turkey. My Dad worked nights and we would wait for him to get home so we could tie up the bird. Any time I can successfully make up a receipe on my own and it comes tasting good. The first time I tried to cook for my husband when we were dating I thought I would impress him by making some fancy gourmet bugers. They fell apart and wouldn't cook through. I got so upset I took the entire batch and threw them away and then proceeded to cry. Needless to say he didn't care and we worked out anyway.
