Kelsandra's Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

Very yummy! I did have to add an extra 1 1/2-2 cups of flour when working with the dough. Could have been the weather. I thought it had plenty of pumpkin taste. The color was a bit odd, but they were very moist and great taste. Loved the frosting. Will use that again. Great recipe for a cool fall day.

Apple Squares

These bars are absolutely fabulous! I doubled the recipe and put in a 9x13 pan. My family of four ate over half the pan in one sitting. I did add a butter/sugar/flour mixture on top. Will definitely be making this again very soon. We call this comfort food.

Crunchy Turkey Salad

Loved making this on a hot day. Used cooked chicken breasts, fat free sour cream, low fat mayo and added some dried cranraisens and a bit of low salt soy sauce in the dressing. Very yummy! Gave four stars because I altered.

Chocolate Eclair Cake

I needed something quick to make to take to a friends for dessert. This was so easy. Used sugar free vanilla pudding and cream cheese pudding, as that was what I had. Also used skim milk and light cool whip. Be sure to heat the frosting, as it makes it much easier to pour over the top layer. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing!

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

My 14 year old daughter made this last night for a cake she had to make for a school project. She cut the recipe in half and followed the directions. We put it in the fridge overnight then she took it to school to add to the cake the next day. It worked out great. Thanks for the recipe!

Coffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

I was needing a comfort junk food fix and this fit the bill. I did as some suggested and added 1/2 c. coffee and left out the almonds, as I did not have any on hand. Very soft texture which I love, and it makes your house smell yummy. Thanks ccsick for sharing this recipe.
