Spiced Pot Roast
Absolutely delicious. Didn't change a thing. I had my doubts about raisins and chutney on my pot roast being tasty, but I'm very glad to say that I was wrong, wrong, wrong.

Butternut Squash Fries
There's no fooling the kids with these "fries". They taste like squash, have the texture of squash and no one in the family thought they were anything but oven baked squash. Nice to have another way to serve butternut and very tasty...as long as you like squash!
