Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
I was excited to make these, but they were so dry and the cumin and chili powder were the only things I could really taste. Next time I'll alter the seasoning and see what I can do to make the texture less dry and sandy. A good base recipe, but needs some changes.

California Salad Bowl
This dressing is sooo good, although the recipe makes quite a lot! I added black beans, corn, and red onion to my salad. SO delicious, thanks for the recipe!

Potato Salmon Patties
These are fast, easy, and delicious. I have made them three times and have added in scallions, parseley, and half a can of corn. They are delicious with tartar sauce. Thanks for the recipe!
