About this Cook
I'm a house wife married for 10 years now with no child yet. Me and my husband love to eat and because it just the two of us we often eat out. But recently we got borred eating out so I decided to learn how to cook. And I am so happy I can get all I need to know about cooking from the internet! What a great time to live :-D
My favorite things to cook
Because I'm an Indonesian born chinese my favorite things to cook are chinese food. It is easy to make, delicious and healty. All you need for preparing a chinese foods are soy sauce, garlic, ginger and a good sharp knife.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Since I was a child all I know about cooking from my mother and grandmother is stir fried method. We don't even have an oven! And our best family tradition is Hokkian Fried Noodle. We made the noodle by hands and it took a long time (about 30 mnt) to knead the dough until it become very smooth and ready to cut with knife into noodle form.

Best Ever Cinnamon Buns
I love bread but every time I tried to make one, it turn out hard so I quit trying until I find this recipe. Making bread with combination of flour and cake mix was brilliant!! My bread turn out very soft even after 3 days... By the way, when I prepare the cinnamon-sugar filling, I just realized that I just have enough cinnamon for half the dough so I shape the other half of the dough to dinner roll. I got 12 cinnamon buns and 16 dinner rolls and I like the dinner roll better :-) Thank you for this recipe! Now I can make home made bread which is better than buying from the bakery shop.

Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies
Surprisingly this recipe is the same like what I usually made. The different is this one contains more peanut butter which I don't mind at all :-) I must admit this peanut butter cookies are really delicious. I've made this cookies with my version several times now and I definitely will try this one too. But for a mouth watering looking cookies I add 1/2 cup peanut (skinless peanut, toasted and crushed)and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. sllluurrrp, my mouth has already watering, cannot wait to make this again.
