Heavenly Chocolate Mousse
Totally awesome! Not the easiest thing I ever made, timing will be better next time but SURE worth the effort. I too used coffee in place of water, next time, since it is really, really rich, I'm going to add some strawberries or bannana's or some filler fruit in it, don't know how that will be but I'm defidently going to keep making this, loved it.

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
Awesome recipe, I did take some reviewers advice and use cream of mushroom soup since I do like it much better. I also made this a second time, and that time I cooked a package of sliced mushrooms in butter and bits of the hamburger grease and spooned them on top of the patties, that I had layered in a casserole dish. Then I added a package of brown gravy mix to the cream of mushroom soup sauce to darken and beef it up a bit, covered and cooked it for little over an hour at 350. My family really liked the changes, and to me it was much easier than using the crock pot. But when I'm working overtime I could sure see putting it back in the crock pot. This will sure be a regular on my table. TY for this recipe!

Spanish Rice Original
Very good, reminded me of what my grandmother used to make. I made it to the recipe the first time without the corn, didn't think the olives did it any favors so left them out the second time and added 1 1/2 pounds of cooked hamburger to it and made it a main a dish, we really like it, ty for the recipe.
