Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
I used a capacolla which is a bit spicier. I also blanched the asparagus first. Great recipe that is quick and easy for entertaining!

Fall French Onion Soup
Wonderful fall soup!!! I leave out the brandy and use beef broth instead of chicken. It is wonderful.
