Seven Layer Taco Dip
Great recipe. Made some adjustments. I added a lb. of bulk sausage that I cooked with the taco seasoning and the refried beans and used that as my 1st layer. I omitted the lettuce all together and added a layer of guacamole on top of the cream cheese layer. Also instead of chopping tomato I used a can of tomatoes flavored w/garlic and onion that I drained really well.

Hamburger Casserole
I made this for may family last night and they loved it. The only changes I made were I added a couple of cloves of crushed garlic on top of the potatoes and I used Italian style chopped tomatoes. It came out great. I was a little nervous that the meat would burn on the bottom but it didn't and it cooked perfectly. Like others have said you do not cook the meat ahead of time. It goes in raw. This is a great cheap meal!

Quick Cassoulet
This came out great. I took some ideas from a Cassoulet recipe on Taste of Home. I added cooked chopped bacon, chopped rotissere chicken and sliced mushrooms. I also used all great northern beans. I also added some chicken broth and a splash of red wine to give it some broth. The flavors were amazing and came together so quickly a traditional Cassoulet usually takes hours to make.
