Dark Chocolate Cake I
Wow. I used this recipe, but cut back on the sugar a bit and added a little more cocoa. I also replaced the wheat flour with Oat flour as my son is allergic to wheat. I also added strawberries to the mix and WOW! Is was sooooo yummy and moist as I put it in a deep pan. The key is to always under bake about 5 - 8 minutes. It went in less than 20 minutes. Great recipe!

Banana Loaf Cake I
Wow, this turned out GREAT and MOIST! I did use 4 banana's instead of 3 and added 5 teaspoons of cocoa powder. I baked it in a bunt pan and 8 minutes less than the recipe called for and my god it is moist and tastes wonderful! Thanks for the recipe. I will definitely use this recipe again.
