I'm an engineer by trade, so I love precision in my recipes. I like to cook and see people enjoy what I've made. Grilled anything. If it has any possibility of being grilled, I'll try it. I've tried broccoli (failed) and even lunch meat (failed miserably). I've settled on fish. Grilling. See above. My guacamole, my salmon, my chicken, and my coleslaw. Grilled flounder. It was like fish mush. Not cool.
