Butter Icing for Sugar Cookies
Delicious! I used the full amount of high quality vanilla and everyone seemed to like it. I didn't like the brown color however. It made it tough to get the colors I wanted with my food coloring. I may use clear vanilla next time.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Couldn't be better. Some people even thought that they were better than our local bakery's famous sugar cookies. I've made them three times and they've turned out great. I did mix the dry ingredients separately and then add them to the wet mixture. I've rolled and cut them with great results. This last time I rolled them into balls and flattened with a drinking glass dipped in flour. I've paired them with "Sugar Cookie Icing" and "Butter Icing for Sugar Cookies" Both wonderful, can't decide which I like better.

Raspberry Almond Coffeecake
I loved this! I followed the directions exactly and it was wonderful. The second time I made it, I doubled it and that was great too.
