Rainbow Sherbet Cake

I have made this several times for friends and family and they love it, however I make my own Frosting: 1 pint (2 cups) Whipping Cream, 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar, and 1 teaspoon Vanilla. Beat all ingredients with electric mixer on low speed until soft peaks form. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form, scraping side of the bowl occasionally, Frost and Freeze!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This was a Great recipe that was not overly hot. We had a large group of friends over that night and they all loved it, in fact they went out that night and all showed back up around midnight for more before they went home! LOL! Thank you for this one, I will definitely be making this again!

Dijon Mashed Potatoes

We had some instant mashed potatoes that were horrable, and a little Dijon mustard was just what I needed to fix them, they went great with the Chicken I had prepared that night. Thanks!

Chicken, Rice and Vegetable Soup

Great base recipe however I added: extra- Chicken (Sautéed in salt and pepper first), Frozen Mixed Veggies, and Rice. Then to Taste- Chicken Bouillon, Onion powder, White pepper, and Parsley. My husband and I prefer a thicker heartier soup so I add Cornstarch to thicken.

Grandma Gudgel's Black Bottom Cupcakes

These were Soooo good, My friends mom make black bottom's all the time and I could not get a hold of her for the recipe, this was it. I did double the cream cheese toping, but that is My Favorite part! Thank you for this Great Recipe!
