These waffles are sooo good! Oh my god I love them! I had been experimenting with diferent recipes but I think I found my favorite. They are nice and crispy just how I like them and they're soft on the inside. I was able to get 8 square waffles from it and I added little chocolate melts to two of them which really made them special. Other than that, I only upped the vanilla to a 1/2 tbsp and I had to use and egg replacer because we ran out of eggs. I topped them with lite syrup, whip cream, berries, and nuts. My sister and me were so happy. I'm freezing the rest for my parents.

love it! so simple, but yet so delicious; exactly as i had made it for thanksgiving two years ago as I adapted it from a recipe of paula dean's. :)
