I'm a busy mom of 3 with a full time job and little time for cooking. I'm always looking for a good quick fix recipe that is healthy, colorful, and imaginitive. I love anything with a big spinach salad. I like my food clean and simple like a seared tuna steak or a tilapia fish taco with pico de gallo and cabbage slaw. YUM!!! No matter what we're cooking or what the occasion, my mom and I usually have a mimosa in hand! I did my first Thanksgiving for 10 people last year on my own. It took 3 days to prepare, and was over in about 30 minutes! I play "chemistry kitchen" a lot and there are definitely some flops, but that's when I've learned the most. It might take a dozen tries to make the perfect spice cake, but at least I learned 11 ways not to make a spice cake.
