We're an organic, vegetarian family due to some food sensitivities that my three-year-old has, so we're always (ALWAYS!!) looking for delicious alternatives to the preservative-laden foods we love. Baked goods!! Right now I'm searching for the perfect cinnamon roll... Well, as traditions go, I spend most of my time cooking with three little "helpers" under my nose! A few wedding cakes have turned out beautifully, and I find I can usually bake just about anything! Sadly, I have never made a lemon meringue pie that wasn't a disaster, and lemon meringue pie is my absolute favorite!
