Barbeque Pork Two Ways
Turned out great. I used half ketchup and half BBQ sauce as others noted, and I didn't slice before cooking in the slow cooker. After about six hours, I shredded the pork, then let it continue to simmer on low for another few hours. Very easy and very satisfying. Served it with apple coleslaw on the side, which I also found on Allrecipes. I found it tastes even better as leftovers the next day!

Country Green Beans
Grate recipe. My only change was to substitute chicken broth for water. Easy and delicious!

Cocktail Meatballs
I really only made the sauce and used frozen meatballs. I love this sauce - sweet, tangy, a little bit of spice. I made my sauce the night before - just barely combined the ingredients over heat. Then I poured it over the thawed out meatballs and let them sit in it overnight. About an hour and a half before my party, I put everything on the stove and let it simmer for awhile. I thought they turned out well. This is an easy appetizer to do for larger groups and it always turns out to be a winner. Thanks.
