Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
USED ROLLED OATS added 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon upped the flour to 1 3/4 upped the baking soda to 1 tsp upped the choc chips to 2 cups baked for 13 min DEFINITELY leave them to sit for 5 min or so before taking them off the sheet excellent chewy goodness!

Chewy Sugar Cookies
I used softened butter and cinnamon-sugar (snickerdoodles) - the perfect ones were about 1" balls, flattened out, 10 min. good stuff

they taste like smooshed wet cake. sorry, not so good. :(
