Easy Fried Eggplant

This was very good but I would definately use some kind of seasoned bread crumbs. Worked well with Japanese eggplants too!

Peach Cobbler II

This was my first time trying a cobbler but I think it needs a few alterations. Less sugar, more peaches, and less boiling water I think would have helped. But still, very good, esp ala mode.

Vegetarian Korma

This was my first time trying an Indian dish...very good! I had a hard time getting the potatoes cooked enough...is it ok to precook them a bit? A good first start for me though!
