This was very easy and good. I did the whole egg wash thing and cooked at 400 for 25 min. My suggestion if you like cripy chicken is to put it under the broiler 5 min. Make sure to allow your chx to rest for atleast 5 min after pulling it out of the oven.

Potato and Bacon Salad

I made this for a bbq last weekend. It was very good but next time I would defiently add more bacon and maybe some cheese!

Grilled Salmon I

This was so good and different than the classic salmon filet.. My dad caught the salmon and didnt want to eat it beacuse he has never been a fan of fish, I made him try it and he loved it. I made it on the GEORGE..seven mins it was simple and perfect! MUST TRY!
