i grew up with a family of six so my mother had alot of mouths to feed. she knew how to make the dollar stretch when it came to food and she did a great job at it!
My favorite things to cook
i really love baking. im not the best baker so i try to make something thats easy and put a personal twist on it. ohhh and i think if you make it pretty it taste better! i will make a box chocolate cake put coffee instead of water and make the frosting from scratch.. easy and so tasty!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
This was very easy and good. I did the whole egg wash thing and cooked at 400 for 25 min. My suggestion if you like cripy chicken is to put it under the broiler 5 min. Make sure to allow your chx to rest for atleast 5 min after pulling it out of the oven.

Potato and Bacon Salad
I made this for a bbq last weekend. It was very good but next time I would defiently add more bacon and maybe some cheese!
