Tomato Florentine Soup I
It was alright. I think I should have used a smaller pasta and put less of it. I felt like there was enough soup juice when I made it.

Missy's Candied Walnut Gorgonzola Salad
This salad is amazing. I ate a whole plate of it. I used feta instead of gorgonzola and added Granny smith apples. If you like a fruity/sweet salad, this i great!
