I'm a homeschooling mom to 6. I love the simple life, with hopes of having a homestead of my own one day. I love anything child related. I love to bake. Desserts are my favorites. I also love roasting. Pulling a beautifully prepared bird from the oven always makes me feel good. Letting my children cook along side me the way I cooked with my own grandmother. Once a month cooking. I have successfully prepared 40+ dishes in one day. When I was 12, I fried chicken for the first time. It was burned on the outside and raw on the inside. Lesson learned.
