Hi, I'm a Mom of 2 children, Rachel 11 years and Nathan 2 years. Rachel is more picky about food, almost afraid to try anything new. Nathan is more adventurous. I have a great husband, Robert. He eats pretty much anything I make. I work part-time nights as a RN at a rehab hospital in chattanooga, TN.
My favorite things to cook
I cook all vegetarian, everyone in the family is vegetarian, I eat meat occasionally when out to eat. There's alot of things I make I enjoy.

Campbell's Kitchen Beef Stroganoff
I cook vegetarian so used Worthington Tender Rounds instead of meat. I followed the rest of the recipe as follows and it turned out great. Have made again.

Jeanie's Falafel
Falafel's were too dry to stick together so I added an egg. Otherwise good recipe.
