Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These cookies taste good and stay soft...almost soggy after storing. However, they didn't look at all like the cookies pictured in the photo. They were flat and pliable in texture, instead of soft and puffy, (sort of bends rather than breaks) which is not what I had expected from the photo. I did follow some suggestions from other reveiwers though (orange juice instead of water, more ginger, and more flour). Maybe next time I will follow it exactly and see what happens. In all fairness, this review is written not for this recipe, but for the "modified version" of it.
