Baked Potato Casserole
I had a bunch of mashed potatos left over so I used those instead, it was great! Like a huge twice baked potato!

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken
I used fresh onions and garlic and also used chicken broth and lour to make a sauce for it. The chicken was alright, but not great.

Peanut Butter Pie X
The first day we found this VERY sweet, I could only have a couple bites. But after letting it sit in the fridge overnight it was amazing the next day! The flavors combined very nicely.
