Soft Gingersnaps
WOW!!! I've never bakes with molasses before and it smelled like spaghettios and meatballs LOL...but OMG...these were the best cookies! I left out the ground clove bc/ I'm not a fan of clove and these are absolutely delilcous and sooo easy to make. I definitely recommend!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These were good but flat. I compared this recipe to the one on the quaker oats can and the cloves are not the only difference, she adds more butter/crisco...double to be exact. Quaker calls for 2 sticks of butter while she calls for 2 sticks plus 1/2 cup crisco. So the cookies came flat. Luckily I only baked half the dough so I added more flour, brown sugar and another egg and they came much more thick and still very good.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Absolutely delicious! The only thing I changed was I didn't sift the dry ingredients. I just creamed the wet and added the dry without having to use two bowls. Super good!
