Cool Whipped Frosting
I chose this as a less-sugary option for my one year-old's birthday cake, but it was a huge hit with the adults too! Two of us were caught eating the frosting with a spoon out of the bowl!! I used vanilla flavored cool whip (generic probably), vanilla pudding mix and vanilla extract - and it wasn't overly vanilla. So yummy. I am doing this frosting again for my son's second birthday. Easy enough for a non-baker!
