I am a 36 year old Clinical Research Coordinator / Paramedic in the health care industry for the past 15 years. I have various hobbies that would include my favorite which is playing the acoustic guitar for the past 10 years. I began cooking within the last year or so and have created great dishes that have become many favorites, especially among our kids. I am always trying something new to cook and the family is always open to new dishes. One of the great things about cooking is the soft music playing in the background and a glass of red wine that I enjoy while creating some wonderful meals in our household. I'm hooked!!
