I of Italian descent and have extensively traveled Europe, North and South America as well as North Africa. I have a wife and a daughter and one in the oven! I love anything on a grill or smoked! I like all types of food! A five pound pork shoulder smoked with apple wood smoked wood and bacon then pulled and chopped for some awesome pulled pork sandwiches! I have been throwing parties and cookouts but have not been in a cooking contest unless it has been a friendly cook off with friends. Over-grilling chicken!
