OK so there are plenty of reviews to let people know that this cheesecake is good but I feel that I have to add another review. I have never made cheesecake before but I was asked to bring dessert to our family’s Italian dinner. Well what better dessert then a cheesecake!! It was easy to make. It did crack on me but now that I am reading other reviews I think I overbeat it. I put blueberries on top of it so you couldn't even see the cracks. Cracks or not this was a huge hit at the dinner!!! Everyone loved it.

I gave this one a 3 star since I just thought it would have been better!! The cream cheese was a little much for me and it was missing something. I think if I made this again I would make a few changes. Less cream cheese, more flavor, I would not boil the chicken and I think I would just cut it in strips and put on top instead of mixing everything together.

I thought this was a good recipe but you HAVE to make all the changes to it for it to come out. I didn't make all the changes but I did use the onion soup mix. You have to double the recipe because there is not enough sauce at all. Mine came out really thick also. I would make this again but make a lot of changes to it.
