Baby Back Ribs
I used this recipe but changed a few things. The ribs come fall-off-the-bone delicious.
I followed the first part but found the ribs tender in 4 hours -maybe because I accidentally had the slow cooker on high!
After that I poured out the water and added some Jack Daniels mesquite bbq sauce, I left them on low for about 30 minutes and then grilled for a few minutes.
Make sure the grill is well oiled and be very gentle with the ribs. The meat will fall right off the bone!
I heard mmm mmm moaning (from myself and others) while eating these!
