Kate's Light n' Fluffy Buttermilk and Chocolate Chip Waffles
These were so delicious that my kids did not even ask for syrup! I substituted the milk for buttermilk and omitted the buttermilk powder. YUMMY!!!!

Ham, Potato and Broccoli Casserole
This was good. I made it with real potatoes and no ham. It needed something though. Something other than meat.

Cornbread Muffins I
These were delicious. I have never had cornbread this yummy before. The kids ate it all up!
