Szechwan Shrimp
This was just fabulous. I doubled the sauce and added more honey. I couldn't stop eating it.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This was fantastic. I didn't have any onion powder so I just omitted it. I did however sprinkle a bit of lemon pepper seasoning with garlic and onion on the fish before broiling. My husband loved it! Will make it again and again.

Remoulade Sauce a la New Orleans
This is fabulous. Just like you get in restaurants. I like it spicier so just added more hot sauce. Used it with crab cakes. YUM!
