Penne with Chicken and Pesto
This was delicious!!!!! Per others, I also added more pesto (my own homemade recipe). I also shredded a whole roasted chicken because I had one on hand, and added freshly grated blend of asiago and parmesan (which is what my boyfriend and I always do with pasta). Easy to make and so so good to eat! Thank you so much for sharing!

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!
This is a keeper! I halved the recipe (except the tomato paste), used Colosimos mild Italian sausage, Blue Moon beer and served it over penne. So delicious!

Creamy Beef Stroganoff
YUM! I added onions and garlic per other suggestions, and sliced mushrooms. Will definitely make again!
