Marinated Grilled Shrimp
Excellent with pasta. I added 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger for a little extra zip. I also made a little extra to use as baste, spooning over the shrimp a little as they grilled. I also reserved a couple of tablespoons to toss with the pasta. The flavors are very complex so it is not obvious that the marinade is tomato-sauce based.
