Chicken and Dumplings III

Yet another recipe my whole family devoured! My husband really wants me to boil and shred the chicken next time, but said the dumplings and soup where the best ever!

Maple Baked Pork Loin Roast

My family loved this dish! It was a nice change pace. I cut up the loin to make it cook faster.

Peach Cobbler VI

Love this recipe! I make this recipe alot with peaches, blueberries or blackberries. It is always a hit and eaten quick. I like to bake it in my cast iron skillet.
