Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Total hit with the family. I bought chicken tender cuts and doubles the recipes because based on the other reviews I had a feeling this was going to gobbled up. I used the flour per other reviews and I also used Sambal and a little tabasco as my hot sauce, so that cut the need for 4 tbsp of hot sauce. I felt like I had made something I would normally pay $14 for at PF Chang's. Definitely a keeper.

Chicken Marsala
This recipe has been the talk of my weekend and week. I made it last Friday and my family is still salivating over it! The chicken was so flavorful..if you want an easy baked/fried chicken taste..this works. I served over linguine with salad as the starter. You definitely need to double the sauce ingredients...You'll have just enough to drizzle on the pasta. I may triple it next time because we are saucey tips. Loved this recipe!!!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
Strong flavor, but was a hit with the family. Reheated the leftovers in foil in the oven with the leftover broccoli we had the night before. It was so amazing!! I did marinate the chicken for a couple hours in the rub with a lil lime juice. Shared the recipe with my sister already! Served with rice & steamed broccoli.
