I am a single, "staring down the barrel of 50", woman. I work in the accounting department of a manufacturing company. Cooking has been a passion ever since my first Easy Bake Oven. After baking up all the mixes I couldn't understand my mother refusing to let me bake a chicken! Can you get to the right internal temp using just a light bulb?? I love to bake - anything sweet gets me into my zone. I have become quite famous among my friends for my cheesecakes. Always during the holidays I make several for their holiday celebrations as well as one for my own family. My daughter and I always spend 1 weekend before Christmas getting all our food gifts made and delivered. The one's that family and friends remember and ask me to make again.
