I'm 28 yrs. old Union Sheetmetal Worker. I love spending time with my fiance and our kids. We're about to get married in May of 09'. I have a 9 yr. old daughter who I love and adore but is at the age where she knows everything. Then I have a 4 yr. old son who is just really starting to do more thing on his own, late bloomer, then I have my baby who is almost two month old and bringing joy to my life everyday. I truely love my family. My favorite thing to cook would be the dishes I grew up on. I am Mexican-American so I grew up on Beans and Rice. I love to cook Carne con Chile, Posole, and Fijoles Rancheras, just to name a few. I love Mexican food and Italian but am just really starting to take pride in the way food taste and how I can make it better. Grew up poor and ate lots of Beans and Rice. I still love them to this day. None yet. I'm just starting to want to go out my bonds of comfort and try to cook new and exciting dishes. None yet. I have step out of the bonds to try something I don't know how to do.
