Cabbage Roll Casserole
I didn't really use to much in your recipe, but used the same cooking method. :) This is what I used ... 1 pound Lean ground beef 1 pound Lean ground pork 1 large chopped onion 1 large cabbage chopped (about 12 cups) 1 1/2 cups cooked rice 1 1/2 teaspoon salt dash of black pepper a dash of cayanne pepper a tiny bit of crushed chili flakes 2 large garlic cloves (crushed and chopped) Sauce (tangy and sweet): 1 (large) can bravo tomato sauce 1 can tomato soup 3 tbsp brown sugar 2-4 tbsp lemon (to your taste) Cook meat, onion and garlic on med. heat, season as it's cooking. cook until the meat is no longer pink. Add rice and Chop cabbage and mix with the sauce ... let it steam 5 minutes. Will makes alot so use a turkey roaster if you have one. bake covered for 1 1/2 hours. We served it over steamed rice because I didn't add enough. I still like cabbage rolls better but would make this again. Also my husband said it would be better with half the amount of cabbage. Makes to much but has a tons of flavour. :)

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Amazing cookies!!! I Followed the recipe word for word, only difference is I use 2 cups of jumbo chocolate chips instead of the normal size chocolate chips and cooked them for 12 minutes. Thanks for the great recipe! :)
