This is Courtney, I made this account for me and my mom Tona. I love to cook, her not so much, but I'm going to make her like it. We LOVE baking!! Its so much fun. One of our newest baking creations is a watermelon cake. We made it for a picnic and it looked like a watermelon but it was actually a vanilla cake. We took vanilla icing and used frosting coloring and made the green and pink icing for the outside of the cake and we used black icing for the seeds. It was alot of fun but it was hard to keep from sliding in the car on the way to the picnic. :) but we mostly bake and we need to start cooking healthier things. we dont really have anything.. i dont burn myself that much anymore! (Courtney) we need meals that can be made quick and easy for our busy schedule.
