Persimmon Cookies II
These cookies are fantastic. Very easy to make and bake wonderfully. I did lower the oven temperture to 350 degrees.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
Fabulious! Very easy to make and the taste is wonderful. I followed the recipe exactly. I would be proud to give these beautiful and tasty biscotti as a gifts.

Death by Chocolate Mousse
This was a very quick, easy reciepe. Perfect dessert for guest because of the short time it took to make and the taste was excellent.
