Chili Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2009
My family and I didn't really like this dish. My husband said the chili sauce didn't taste good with the pork. I don't think I'll make again because I can't even think of any suggestions to make it better.

Apple Pike

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2008
I added the extra ingredients suggested previously, and it had a pretty good flavor when warm but the texture was really not good. I cooked it almost 50 mintes and it was still like apples covered with doughey raw cake. Maybe I did something wrong, but I'm probably not going to make this again to find out.

Peanut Butter Pie 2000

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2008
Peanut butter pie is my favorite pie in the whole world, and this one is excellent! I love it! I left out the nuts. Very rich and creamy! My whole family loved it! Will definitely make again and again!

Pecan Pie Cake I

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2008
This cake is awesome! I don't even like pecan pie that much, but I LOVE this cake. My mom, who loves pecan pie, said she likes it even better than pecan pie. I added 1 cup of chocolate chips to the filling like someone suggested previously, and that was really good! I cooked it about 10 minutes longer on the final bake time, and I think next time I will cook it even longer. It is very rich and delicious. My family has requested that I make it at least once a month!

Southern Style Banana Split Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2008
I made this cake for the 4th of July. It was really easy to make! My family went crazy over it! I put the crust in the freezer to get it really hard, and I softened the cream cheese before mixing it, so didn't have any problems spreading the cream cheese layer. Also, I put strawberries and blueberries on top instead of cherries and peanuts. This was a really delicious, addicting dessert!
