French Crepes
It's interesting to note that people have criticised the batter as being too thin and that the edges turn crispy,but that's exactly what I love about this crepe recipe. Also,I reduced the number of eggs to one,added some vanilla extract and voila...perfect!

Indian Tandoori Chicken
In Kenya,we have ground tandoori masala available in the shops which I used to marinate the chicken as opposed to garam masala.It was just divine!

Beef Stew V
I tried this and tweaked a couple of things,first off,I didn't use any water at all as it would mean too much liquid which would result into using flour which I wanted to avoid entirely. Secondly,I added just about half a teaspoon of fresh ginger. Lastly,I ommitted the potatoes and substituted them with peas....I still have guests requesting when I can make the stew again.
