Acorn Squash Soup
This soup was amazing! I didn't have any evaporated milk so I substituted about a 1/2 cup of heavy cream and it turned out so good and creamy. My fiance who hates squash said it was delicious too!

Too Much Chocolate Cake
WOW - this was the best chocolate cake I have ever had! I got recuited to make my boss a birthday cake and he is a huge chocolate lover so this sounded perfect. I baked this in 2-9" round pans for 45 minutes and they came out perfectly. I frosted them with a store bought milk chocolate icing because I dind't have time to make my own chocolate buttercream. After I frosted the cake I did some piping around the edges and then topped the cake with chocolate sprinkles. Everyone loved it!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I was really hopeful with this recipe and followed it exactly. I left it in the oven for 6 hours and didn't touch it and it came out with the middle sunk in and a brown ring around the top - anybody know why this happened? Also - no cracks until I moved the completely cooled cheesecake to the fridge. Bummer.
