Spinach Cheese Bake
We loved this. The only change I made was I added a 16 ounce bag of spinach. Next time I think I will add stuffing mix instead of spices and bread crumbs.

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Very good cookie. my hub likes and I like for him to eat, the oats are good for him.

Pineapple Cake II
We loved it, my hub had two pieces and he didn't think he would like it because he was wanting chocolate. I frosted with homemade cream cheese icing. Will make again and again, I like the fact that there is no oil.
