I always have great turnouts with homemade pies, breaded pork chops or schnitzel, any kind of chicken.. i bbq frequently and have many grill recipes that ive fabricated over time. I finally learned how to make dumplings turn out good! The only thing I ever had turn out nasty was a recipe I found on here that had fresh asparagus baked in the oven for a few minutes w salt and pepper and then served with a sauce made of simmered soy sauce and balsamic vinegar amongst other things. It was so disgusting... Made a good coating for steaks on the grill though.
