Blueberry Coffee Cake II
Yum! Best cake ever. Followed the recipe exactly, it turned out beautifully. And I'm not a baker.

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken
Yum! I fried it in olive oil I had been letting some sliced garlic brown in and it was great. I served with Caesar salad and now have a Chicken Caesar salad combo to rival the restaurants. Thanks!

Ratatouille
Very good! I made some slight changes, used the eggplant as a part of the layering instead of just having it mixed with the garlic at the bottom. Along with the cheese and salt between the layers, I also added oregano which gives it a more authentic flavour. Guests loved it.
