Ali's Greek Tortellini Salad
I just made this for a party and everyone loved it. I wasnt too much of a fan- I thought it needed more flavor in the dressing. But my husband ate it the next day and said it was as fresh as when I first made it.

Avocado Feta Salsa
I just made this for a party and it was gone to the point that someone took a chip and scraped the sides for more! Many asked for the recipe and it turned out great!

Eggplant Bake
I have made this several times now and everyone loves it! Even those who do not like eggplant. I follow the recipe exactly and it tastes great!
