I made this for dinner last night and it was fabulous! I even put the turkey breast in frozen....I used a 3 lb. frozen Butterball turkey breast, added the onion soup, cooked on high for 2 hours, then turned down to low for another 2 hours....Wow! It was great. I was worried about not adding any liquid, but since the turkey was frozen, I figured that might give it enough moisture..After the 4 hours, I took out the turkey, removed the netting and wrapped it in foil to keep warm while I added the gravy packet that came with the turkey and some water with about 2 tbsp of flour to the slow cooker. Turned up the heat to high and left it for a half hour. Gravy came out great and breast was ready to slice. I served with mashed potatoes and corn. Everyone raved about how moist the turkey was. Thank you for the recipe. This is one I will use over and over again.** Addition** 2/11/09--I have made this a few more times and added a can of cranberries to the slow cooker with the onion soup.WOW! My family loves it and it is a super easy meal to make. Thanks again for the recipe.
